Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Junior Accountant to join our hospitality team in Dubai. You will be responsible for daily financial operations, supporting auditors, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Update bank balances daily and reconcile statements.
• Maintain Google Sheets with debit and credit line‑item details.
• Post owner expenses and collections in the Property Management System (PMS) and generate owner statements.
• Handle credit‑card reconciliations, vendor payments, and dispute invoices when necessary.
• Prepare and execute payroll for Dubai and India, including GST, professional tax, and property tax filings.
• Manage weekly payables, vendor communications, and quarterly commission payments.
• Liaise with auditors, respond to accounting and VAT queries, and provide required documentation.
• Create manual invoices, quotations, receipts and process guest payments across Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway and other channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 4,500 per month
