Junior Architect Site Supervision

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to support the design and site supervision of residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects in Abu Dhabi. Working closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to the development of architectural concepts while ensuring that designs are accurately executed on site.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, drawings and specifications for a variety of projects.
• Produce 3D models and visualisations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and related BIM tools.
• Support the creation of tender documents and participate in design reviews.
• Coordinate between design and construction teams to guarantee correct implementation on site.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to align designs with requirements, budgets and schedules.
• Research new materials, technologies and sustainability practices to enrich design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Professional experience in architecture, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong conceptual and technical design abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
