About the role
The Junior Associate – Needling supports the full production chain, from fiberisation and needling to log handling, ensuring the final product meets quality standards. This onsite role is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the production supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machines and plant equipment for fiberisation, needling and log handling according to procedures.
- Perform quality tests such as shot content and tensile strength.
- Conduct online inspection of product physical parameters and take corrective action when needed.
- Detect and report machine abnormalities promptly to the maintenance team.
- Execute product change‑over and setup procedures.
- Document daily production activities as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Required skills
- Fiberisation process operation.
- Needling process operation.
- Log handling.
- Quality testing (shot content, tensile).
