Junior BIM Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Junior BIM Architect to join our Dubai-based architectural consultancy. The role involves supporting senior architects in creating and managing BIM models and related documentation for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Produce architectural drawings, schedules, and detailed documentation.
• Assist in coordination with other disciplines and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Follow mark‑ups, instructions, and project timelines set by lead architects.
• Contribute to construction documentation and detailing as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5‑7 years of relevant experience in Dubai’s architectural or engineering consultancy sector.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailing.
• Ability to work under office standards and meet project deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Navisworks (advantage).
• Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, and Photoshop (added benefits).
