Junior Business Setup Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑oriented Junior Business Setup Consultant to support entrepreneurs, startups and corporate clients throughout the company formation and licensing process in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with company formation, trade licence applications, visa processing and other business setup requirements.
• Conduct consultations to understand client activities and recommend suitable setup solutions.
• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails and meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, service agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate with free zones, mainland authorities, government departments and internal teams to process applications.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status and regulatory requirements.
• Record client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Support the achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to understand diverse business activities and provide appropriate advice.
• Detail‑oriented and able to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Motivated to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to track client interactions and sales activities.
