Junior Content Creator

About the role

Enhance is looking for a motivated Junior Content Creator to join its marketing team in Dubai. You will help produce, edit, schedule and manage short‑form social media content for the UAE and Qatar markets, focusing on TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories. This on‑site role offers hands‑on experience with a fast‑growing fitness‑tech brand.

Key responsibilities

• Create monthly content calendars with guidance from senior marketers.
• Edit raw footage into engaging, scroll‑stopping short‑form videos.
• Post, schedule and optimise content across Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage community interactions, including DMs and comments.
• Track performance metrics and provide insights on what works.
• Collaborate closely with creative, copy and marketing teams.
• Occasionally travel to different locations for on‑site content creation.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional eager to learn and grow quickly.
• Comfortable with Instagram and TikTok culture and trends.
• Organised, able to manage content calendars and meet deadlines.
• Willing to appear on camera or open to doing so.
• Possesses a valid driver’s licence and a car for easy mobility.
