Junior Creative Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to join a leading regional creative agency in Dubai. The role supports the development and execution of social‑media strategies for iconic brands across the UAE and KSA, ensuring content is engaging and human‑centred.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of creative and content strategies for various social‑media accounts.
• Develop content ideas, campaign concepts, content pillars and platform‑specific recommendations.
• Research social‑media trends, audience behaviour, competitors and cultural insights.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, videographers and account managers.
• Assist in content planning, campaign execution and creative workflow management.
• Monitor content performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging social‑media formats, trends and platform updates.
• Manage assigned tasks and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, creative strategy or content strategy.
• Experience in a social‑media or creative agency is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of social‑media platforms and current content trends.
• Good creative thinking and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Arabic audiences and culture is a plus.
