Junior Developer – Software Engineering & API Operations

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join its fully remote UAE team. You will work closely with senior architects to build and maintain responsive user interfaces, backend logic, and core HR API integrations that support high‑volume data validation across North America and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, testable code for front‑end and back‑end features.
• Assist in maintaining and documenting core HR API pathways.
• Identify, debug, and resolve front‑end layout issues and server‑side errors.
• Write and optimise basic SQL/NoSQL queries under senior guidance.
• Keep internal engineering documentation, API logs, and deployment workflows up to date.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional software development experience, internship, or a strong portfolio of full‑stack projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical training.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn complex system architectures.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
