Junior Developer (Software Engineering & Core API Operations)

About the role

Next Match AI LLC is looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join its fully remote UAE‑based team. You will work closely with senior architects to build and maintain responsive user interfaces, backend logic, and core HR API integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, testable code for front‑end and back‑end features.
• Assist in maintaining and documenting HR API pathways.
• Identify, debug, and resolve UI layout issues and server‑side errors.
• Write and optimise basic SQL/NoSQL queries under senior guidance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation, API logs, and deployment workflows.

Required profile

• 1+ years of professional software development experience, internship, or a strong portfolio.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent boot‑camp training.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong asset.
• Analytical mindset with a desire to learn cloud architectures.
