Junior Draughtswoman

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Draughtswoman to join our Design & Technical department in Dubai. The role supports the Technical Department by preparing accurate interior fit‑out shop drawings and related documentation under senior supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare interior fit‑out drawings, including plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Develop shop drawings from design and IFC drawings.
• Revise drawings according to consultant, client and site comments.
• Assist with architectural, joinery and MEP coordination.
• Produce as‑built drawings based on approved site information.
• Maintain drawing revisions, records and file documentation.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate with senior draftsmen, designers, engineers and site teams.
• Complete assigned drafting work within required timelines.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
• Good attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication, teamwork and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of interior fit‑out drawings and construction details.
• Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit (advantage).
