About the role
IMGS Group is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Finance professional to support its finance operations in Dubai. The role offers exposure to accounts payable/receivable, VAT compliance and bank reconciliations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting and finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable and payment processing.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, reconciliations and support bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
- Support VAT, audit, statutory compliance and assist with budgeting, forecasting and expense tracking.
- Prepare invoices, receipts and coordinate finance‑related matters with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualifications (ACCA, CMA) are a plus.
- 1–3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in trading, export, logistics or similar industries.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting/ERP software.
