Junior FP&A Analyst

About the role

The Junior FP&A Analyst will support the Group’s financial steering by contributing to budgeting, forecasting, consolidated reporting and performance analysis. This position provides accurate financial insights that help senior management make strategic decisions and drive the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting cycles covering P&L, cash flow and working capital.
• Prepare consolidated monthly reports and variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast).
• Analyse subsidiary performance and identify levers for improvement.
• Monitor operational and commercial KPIs such as sell‑in, sell‑out, margins and retail metrics.
• Develop presentation materials for the Executive Committee and Board, including slides and KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with local finance teams to collect reliable financial data.
• Enhance reporting tools and financial modelling capabilities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Audit, Management Control or Business School.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in transaction services, audit, or FP&A (including internships or apprenticeships).
• Fluent English and strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Energetic, highly motivated and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Solid knowledge of financial modelling.
