Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Junior Graphic Designer based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will join a creative team responsible for producing visual assets that support marketing, social media, internal communications and campaign initiatives. The role offers the chance to develop a strong portfolio while working closely with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop graphics, logos, branding materials and typography that align with brand guidelines.
• Brainstorm concepts, create mock‑ups and refine designs based on feedback.
• Support marketing, social media and internal communication projects with engaging visual content.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver creative solutions on time.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant design experience or recent graduate with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent attention to detail and a refined sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to adapt design style to different audiences and project requirements.
• Strong communication, collaboration and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into the design workflow.
