Junior Healthcare Consultant (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Healthcare Consultant to join a multinational client’s team in Dubai. The role offers hands‑on exposure to clinical and laboratory workflow projects, allowing a fresh graduate to develop consulting and analytical capabilities in a fast‑moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support assessment of clinical and laboratory workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in designing solutions and proposals that boost productivity, operational efficiency and quality of care.
• Apply LEAN principles, workflow improvement techniques and strategic problem‑solving frameworks under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and cross‑functional teams across the region.
• Gain exposure to diagnostic technologies, digital health solutions and transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Information Systems or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in healthcare, clinical laboratories, medical devices, healthcare technology or related support functions; internships are a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Awareness of the Middle East healthcare and diagnostics market is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of LEAN, Six Sigma or 5S process‑improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with workflow optimization techniques.
