Massage Therapist – Therapeutic & Relaxation Services

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join Acu House in Dubai. You will provide high‑quality therapeutic massage services, helping clients relax, relieve pain and improve overall wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports and hot stone, applying appropriate pressure and method.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining benefits and creating a calming environment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records such as treatment plans and progress notes.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and business flow.
• Assist with administrative duties including payment processing, file management and booking coordination.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognised institution.
• Willingness to sit for the Dubai Health Authority exam or possession of a valid licence.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar therapeutic massage role.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and human anatomy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding client service in a therapeutic setting.
• Capability to respond appropriately to emergencies or medical issues during sessions.
