About the role
The Junior HR Performance and OD Officer will support the HR department in enhancing performance management and organizational development initiatives. This role focuses on accurate documentation, data analysis, and coordination of HR processes to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update KPI trackers and performance dashboards.
- Support performance evaluations, improvement plans, and related documentation.
- Prepare and present management summaries, reports, and presentations.
- Update job descriptions, competency matrices, SOPs, workflows, and approval matrices.
- Collect, validate, and analyse HR‑related data using Microsoft Excel.
- Track deliverables, pending actions, and ensure timely follow‑up.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on HR projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, performance management, organizational development, HR operations, or business analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and ownership.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel
