Junior Internal Audit Manager (UAE)

About the role

Arla is looking for a Junior Internal Audit Manager to join its UAE office. The role focuses on strengthening the internal control environment, developing policies, and ensuring compliance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business objectives, risks and evaluate key controls.
• Assist in designing and executing operational audits to assess control adequacy and compliance.
• Develop preliminary findings and practical recommendations for improvement.
• Test effectiveness of internal controls and support remediation of identified deficiencies.
• Ensure adherence to Arla Minimum Controls catalogue.
• Visit remote depots and functional divisions to assess controls and report audit findings with improvement plans to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private or public accounting, auditing or consulting.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
