Junior IT Support – UAE Nationals

About the role

QIC UAE is looking for a motivated Junior IT Support professional to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on delivering first‑line technical assistance to internal users while maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support for Windows 11 and Linux workstations.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams applications.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot basic networking issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connections.
• Configure and maintain printers and related peripherals.
• Utilise remote support tools to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Track and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid passport and Family Book.
• University degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Not currently employed and available to start immediately.
