Junior Learning Services Consultant

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a motivated Junior Learning Services Consultant to join its Learning Services team in Dubai. This entry‑level position offers recent graduates or early‑career professionals the chance to develop expertise in training coordination within a global telecommunications environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics, including venue preparation and material distribution.
• Support trainers and participants throughout the training lifecycle.
• Maintain daily communication with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle incoming inquiries, schedule meetings, and prepare timetables.
• Collaborate with other coordinators to ensure learning projects are delivered on time and with quality.

Required profile

• BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Technical background, preferably in telecommunications or IT.
• Independent worker who also thrives in a team setting.
• Resilient under pressure and possesses a hands‑on, "can‑do" attitude.
• Experience in an international setting and basic understanding of project management are a plus.
