About the role
We are seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to support contract management, risk analysis and legal compliance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts to identify risks and advise management on mitigation.
- Support contract implementation, negotiations and ongoing activities in line with company guidelines.
- Draft, revise and maintain contract templates, guidelines and related legal documents.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments to pass on relevant risks.
- Prepare change orders, variations and claims, ensuring internal approval limits are respected.
- Monitor contract documents and submissions to ensure timely and organized delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies and procedures.
- Assist the HR department with drafting and reviewing employment contracts and purchase orders.
- Conduct legal research on rules, regulations and precedents and prepare summaries.
