Junior Legal Associate – Corporate & Commercial (Bilingual Arabic/English)

About the role

THINC is seeking a Junior Legal Associate to support its corporate and commercial clients across the UAE and the wider Middle East. The role is ideal for a lawyer with 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience who can work fluently in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with mainland, free‑zone and offshore company incorporations, restructurings, licence amendments, renewals and liquidations.
• Coordinate with free‑zone authorities, UAE mainland government departments, banks, auditors and notaries.
• Prepare and file corporate governance documents, trade‑license applications, UBO filings and chamber registrations.
• Support clients in opening bank accounts, handling KYC forms, board resolutions and related queries.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, employment contracts and MOHRE matters.

Required profile

• 2–3 years PQE or equivalent experience supporting businesses in the UAE/Middle East.
• Bilingual Arabic and English with proven legal qualifications (proof required).
• Hands‑on experience in UAE company formation, free‑zone licensing and corporate housekeeping.
• Ability to deal independently with government and semi‑government authorities.
