Experienced Lawyer – Dubai Legal Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, client‑focused Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. The role involves handling a variety of legal matters independently, providing clear advice to clients, and ensuring high‑quality legal services across multiple practice areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned legal matters independently from intake to resolution.
• Consult with clients, understand their concerns, and deliver practical legal advice.
• Draft, review, and prepare contracts, agreements, legal notices, pleadings, opinions and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and apply relevant UAE laws and regulations.
• Assist in negotiations, settlements, disputes and litigation as needed.
• Coordinate with courts, government authorities, external counsel and other stakeholders.
• Monitor case progress, deadlines and required actions, maintaining accurate records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year practising in the UAE.
• Experience in one or more areas such as Real Estate, Rental/Tenancy, Commercial, Corporate, Family, Criminal, or Civil Litigation.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle matters independently.
