Junior Quality Associate – Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Quality Associate to join our ceramic and glass manufacturing plant in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on maintaining product quality, ensuring compliance with QMS/EMS standards, and supporting safe, efficient production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and visual workplace.
• Apply autonomous maintenance practices on production lines.
• Document and ensure compliance with QMS and EMS systems.
• Follow standard procedures for raw material mixing, packing, and product testing to guarantee quality manufacturing.
• Analyze problems quickly, differentiate relevant information, and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong judgment, willingness to challenge the status quo, and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of QMS (Quality Management System) and EMS (Environmental Management System) documentation.
• Experience with autonomous maintenance practices.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for material handling and product testing.
