About the role

As a Junior Restaurant Waiter at RIU Hotels & Resorts in Dubai, you will join a dynamic team delivering all‑inclusive service on the Deira Islands waterfront. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop hospitality skills in a fast‑paced, internationally‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support senior waiters during busy periods, assisting with food and beverage delivery.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve minor issues.
• Follow hygiene, grooming and safety standards as defined by hotel policy.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Prior hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
