Junior Sales Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Engineer to join Amplicon Middle East’s sales team in Dubai. The role blends technical knowledge with customer interaction, supporting the promotion and sale of industrial computing, networking and automation solutions across the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries, analyse technical requirements and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tracking sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including system integrators, OEMs and panel builders.
• Coordinate with product management, logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Support customer meetings, product demonstrations and technical presentations as needed.
• Continuously learn Amplicon’s product portfolio and stay updated on market trends.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Industrial IoT, industrial networking, automation or related technology sectors.
• Proven sales experience with industrial hardware, networking, edge computing or automation products.
• Existing network of contacts with system integrators, OEMs, panel builders or EPC contractors in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong communication, presentation and customer‑service abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
