Junior Site Engineer

About the role

Join ALEC Building as a Junior Site Engineer and support the delivery of high‑profile construction projects across the UAE. You will work closely with senior engineers, gaining hands‑on experience in technical coordination, documentation, and on‑site quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing drawings, method statements and other technical documents.
• Support site inspections and prepare basic documentation for QA/QC approvals.
• Track and update progress reports under senior guidance.
• Help monitor compliance with safety protocols in assigned work areas.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Compile red‑line drawings and maintain accurate site records.
• Participate in short‑term planning meetings and toolbox talks.
• Apply technical knowledge to deliver quality outcomes within your specialization.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned.
