Junior Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Waiter to join Organic Pizza’s guest experience team in Dubai. You will work in one of our restaurant venues, delivering first‑class service to an international clientele while following the standards taught at our White Star Training Academy.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the service area.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels to support uninterrupted service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues with professionalism.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star restaurant or hotel environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Ability to operate standard restaurant POS systems.
