Key Account Manager – FMCG Brand (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead the growth of an FMCG brand within the UAE foodservice market. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for expanding distribution, nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new business across hotels, fine‑dining, casual dining and QSR channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and distribution across Dubai.
• Identify, develop, and win new HoReCa and foodservice accounts.
• Manage and grow existing customer relationships across the territory.
• Build relationships across hotels, fine dining, casual dining, QSR, and other relevant foodservice channels.
• Identify gaps in distribution and develop opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Maintain the premium positioning of the brand while delivering sustainable commercial growth.
• Develop a strong understanding of customers, competitors, and opportunities across the territory.
• Work closely with internal distributor teams and the brand team to ensure strong market execution.
• Proactively open new accounts rather than relying solely on existing customer relationships.
• Provide market insights and practical, solution‑oriented recommendations to support brand development.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong experience working within a foodservice distribution business.
• Proven UAE HoReCa and foodservice experience.
• Beverage category experience is essential.
• Strong relationships within the UAE foodservice market.
• Proven new business development and account acquisition experience.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Positive, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to independently manage and develop a territory.
