Key Account Manager – Home Appliances (UAE/Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to develop and execute targeted sales strategies for our home appliance brands in the UAE market. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring timely collection of receivables.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market scans to gather data on pricing, specifications, distribution channels, and competitor offerings.
• Compile monthly Sell‑Out reports to track sales targets and compare performance against competitors.
• Monitor market changes and competitor activities, reporting insights to management for corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the manager on price adjustments to stay competitive.
• Track product inventory to seize sales opportunities and ensure timely supply.
• Oversee after‑sales service queries, keeping all parties updated.
• Provide weekly sales reports with recommendations and implement sales policies.
• Achieve specified sales targets and enforce pricing compliance.
• Attract new customers and penetrate new market segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4‑6 years of B2B sales experience in home appliances within the UAE/Dubai market.
• Proven experience as a Consumer Appliances/Electronics Account Manager in mass‑retail and independent channels.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver client‑focused solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
