Key Account Manager

About the role

The Key Account Manager will assess client business profiles, propose timely solutions, and configure proposals automatically. Acting as the primary liaison for client agencies, you will own the end‑to‑end process from briefing to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic corporate technology accounts.
• Lead briefings, proposal development, budgeting and client presentations.
• Ensure agency‑wide delivery of work meets quality standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and profitability targets.
• Handle account planning, business reviews and client reporting.
• Participate in new‑business initiatives and pitch processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Key Account Management or Client Services.
• Proven track record with global technology brands or corporate IT companies.
• Experience in integrated marketing, BTL, experiential marketing or event projects.
• Strong budgeting, financial management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Agency experience and familiarity with channel/partner marketing, demand generation, product launches and C‑level events are advantageous.
