Key Quality Operator – MCB

About the role

The Key Quality Operator – MCB will ensure that PCBA products meet the highest quality and compliance standards throughout the manufacturing process. You will lead in‑line inspections, validate process controls, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced electronics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide quality inspectors during testing activities.
• Perform in‑line and final inspections of PCBA units for defects, alignment, solder quality, and component placement.
• Verify compliance with IPC standards and customer specifications.
• Monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and assess risks to product quality.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Document inspection results, maintain traceability records, and support audits.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
• Train production staff on inspection techniques and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD‑safe inspection area.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance processes and product reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PCBA or electronics components manufacturing quality control.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and collaborate effectively.

Required skills

• Practical experience with PCBA inspection, process validation, and quality documentation.
• Proficiency in IPC‑A‑610 and related inspection criteria.
• Use of microscopes, AOI systems, inspection instruments and measurement tools.
• Knowledge of ESD safety procedures and defect classification.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices.
