Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the American curriculum standards.
• Organise classroom resources, create displays, and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess and record student progress using the Target Tracker system.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, curriculum support staff, and specialists such as speech therapists.
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback on student development.
• Implement the school’s behaviour policy and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
