About the role
The Kids Club Attendant creates a fun and safe environment for guests’ children, encouraging participation in recreational activities and ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. The role involves promoting the club’s facilities, handling registrations, and responding to emergencies according to local procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Encourage, recruit, register and schedule guests for recreation activities.
- Promote a fun, relaxing atmosphere and provide information about available facilities.
- Enforce safety rules and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Maintain and clean recreational equipment and supplies.
- Process payments for rentals, activities, and retail sales using point‑of‑sale systems.
- Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Any additional certifications required by local authorities.
Required skills
- Computer data entry and point‑of‑sale system operation.
- Ability to read and verify information in various formats, including small print.
