Kids Club Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Kids Club Attendant to join our team at Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Dubai. In this role you will create a safe, fun and educational environment for the children of our guests, delivering activities such as arts and crafts, games, story‑time and songs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily children’s activities including arts & crafts, games, reading sessions and singing.
• Promote the club’s youth programs, assist parents with registration and answer guest inquiries.
• Maintain the club’s facilities and equipment in a clean, tidy and safe condition.
• Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to the manager and complete required safety training.
• Welcome guests, provide courteous service, assist individuals with disabilities and handle telephone calls professionally.
• Follow company policies, maintain a clean uniform appearance and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work with children of various ages in a caring and engaging manner.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lb, stand or walk for extended periods and perform routine cleaning tasks.
