Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a fun‑loving, creative entertainer who is passionate about delivering education‑filled recreation for our young guests. As a Kids Club Supervisor you will interact with children and their parents, ensuring safe, adventurous and memorable experiences throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and engaging environment for children, handling first aid and emergencies.
• Supervise, coordinate and oversee the setup, facilitation and cleanup of scheduled activities.
• Plan, organize and lead excursions and age‑appropriate programs across the resort.
• Lead, motivate and train the Kids Club team, maintaining service standards and safety procedures.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure activities comply with resort policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in children’s activities, recreation, childcare or Kids Club operations.
• Previous supervisory role in a Kids Club, childcare, hospitality or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
