Kiosk Sales Representative

About the role

Join our Fujairah kiosk team as a Sales Representative, where you will engage customers, showcase our cleaning and detergent products, and drive daily sales. You will work in a fast‑paced retail environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and close sales while upselling and promoting bundles.
• Operate the POS system to process sales, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked kiosk and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide after‑sales support, handle complaints, and follow up on special orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock deliveries.
• Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure smooth shift transitions and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
