About the role
We are looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to support daily operations at our Ajman kitchen. You will work alongside chefs to prepare authentic Arabic, Levantine, Western and international dishes while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key responsibilities
- Assist chefs with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Prepare ingredients, pack meals and handle catering orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Support buffet and event setups when required.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Strong teamwork attitude and positive outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
- Currently residing in the UAE, preferably available to work in Ajman.
Required skills
- Food safety and hygiene standards.
