Kitchen Steward – Hotel Utility Cleaner

About the role

The Kitchen Steward (Utility Cleaner) supports essential hotel operations at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi. Working across the kitchen, food‑and‑beverage and laundry areas, you will ensure clean linen, spotless dishware and well‑maintained equipment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, dishes, and dining ware using dish‑washing machines and hand‑wash stations.
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers and dryers.
• Transport dishware and linens between service areas and storage.
• Follow health, safety and quality standards, reporting any hazards or incidents.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving and stacking items up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, lift and carry items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness and professional appearance.
• No formal education or prior experience required.
