Kitchen Steward – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Kitchen Steward supports the smooth operation of the hotel’s food‑and‑beverage outlets by ensuring all kitchen and dining equipment is clean, sanitized, and ready for service. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within a world‑class hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand‑wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
• Collect, transport, and store dirty and clean dishware, cookware, and linens across hotel departments.
• Prepare clean dining ware and kitchen utensils for service periods.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and stacking items up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience or supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to work standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
• Willingness to follow company policies, quality standards, and uniform guidelines.
