KNX Lighting Control System Design & Estimation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a KNX Lighting Control System Design and Estimation Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on designing KNX‑based lighting solutions, preparing accurate project estimates, and supporting troubleshooting activities for home automation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop KNX lighting control systems according to client specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimations based on project requirements and material take‑offs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during design, installation, or commissioning.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Review technical specifications, drawings and standards to guarantee compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in control systems design and control engineering principles.
• Strong background in electrical design and troubleshooting.
• Good problem‑solving attitude, attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Previous exposure to lighting control or home automation projects is advantageous.
