Land Surveyor – Bridge Maintenance Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support bridge maintenance, rehabilitation and construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves conducting precise field surveys, establishing control points and delivering accurate survey documentation for bridge structures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site surveys, measurements and setting‑out works according to approved drawings and project requirements.
• Establish survey control points, benchmarks and reference coordinates for bridge activities.
• Carry out topographic, alignment, level and as‑built surveys for bridges and related infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings and maintain proper survey records.
• Coordinate with project engineers and construction teams to verify dimensions, levels and positions of structural elements.
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS and Auto Level.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Land Surveyor on bridge construction or maintenance projects in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Station, GPS and Auto Level surveying instruments.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
