Land Surveyor – Building Construction

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Land Surveyor to join our building construction team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves conducting precise land surveys, site measurements, and mapping for a variety of construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive land surveys and site measurements using theodolites, GPS/GNSS systems, total stations, and laser levels.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret survey data to produce accurate site maps, boundary definitions, and elevation reports.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and technical documentation using CAD software and specialised surveying applications.
• Establish and verify control points and coordinate systems for construction layouts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to align site preparation with project specifications.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Document all findings and keep organised records of site data.
• Conduct quality‑control checks on survey data and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and industry standards.
