Landscape Architect

About the role

We are seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join Cracknell’s design team in Dubai. The role is heavily design‑focused, requiring strong creative flair and the ability to translate concepts into detailed 3‑D visualisations. The successful candidate will work on a variety of landscape projects, collaborating closely with senior designers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts from initial idea through schematic and detailed design stages.
• Create presentation material using hand sketches, 3‑D modelling and coordinate CGI production with the graphics team.
• Collaborate with BIM and CAD teams to produce technical drawings and construction documents.
• Interact with architects, engineers, lighting designers, horticulturists and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Maintain design standards and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Architecture (CMLI or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum four years of experience on sizable landscape design projects.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated creative portfolio showcasing innovative landscape solutions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Rhino and SketchUp for 3‑D modelling.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Lumion, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience with BIM technologies, particularly Revit, is a significant advantage.
• Ability to produce detailed technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
