Landscape Architect

About the role

SYSTRA is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on delivering iconic public‑realm projects that shape urban environments and improve the quality of life for residents and visitors across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop landscape concepts and detailed designs from initial analysis through to execution, ensuring alignment with project vision.
• Create comprehensive landscape packages, including site analysis, master plans, planting schemes and technical specifications.
• Integrate sustainable and innovative design principles to produce functional, aesthetically compelling spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, irrigation specialists and other consultants to ensure coordinated delivery.
• Manage project timelines, adapt to schedule changes and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban Design.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably on public‑realm or urban projects.
• Strong design sensibility, technical expertise and ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of the GCC market dynamics and commitment to sustainable design.
