Large Corporate Relationship Manager

About the role

The Large Corporate Relationship Manager will drive new‑to‑bank client acquisition and asset growth for a leading international financial institution in Dubai. The focus is on large corporates across Government/GREs, manufacturing and services, originating and closing a range of financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new‑to‑bank (NTB) large corporate clients across the UAE and GCC.
• Originate and close financing opportunities including term loans, revolving credit facilities, working capital facilities, Sukuk/bonds and syndicated loans.
• Target large UAE‑based companies, especially those owned by UAE, GCC and other Arab investors.
• Leverage an established UAE corporate network to convert lending opportunities and expand the loan book.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to cross‑sell additional solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of continuous corporate banking experience in Dubai or the Northern Emirates.
• Experience at Relationship Manager (RM) or Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) level with a proven track record of NTB acquisition and loan‑book growth.
• Deep expertise in corporate lending (excluding SME, liabilities and transaction banking).
• Well‑established network across the UAE corporate market.
