Laser Nurse / Technician

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Laser Nurse / Technician to join our medical team at UAE University in Al Ain. The successful candidate will deliver laser treatments under physician supervision, ensure patient safety, and contribute to a high‑standard clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform laser procedures in accordance with university policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments, monitor patients during treatment, and accurately record medical histories and outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive pre‑procedure preparation and post‑procedure care, including patient education and follow‑up instructions.
• Assist physicians during laser sessions, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain cleanliness of the clinical area.
• Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and documentation of laser equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years experience working as a Laser Nurse.
• Familiarity with the latest laser machines and related technologies.
• HAAD or DOH license (or passing status) and proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment abilities and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in stressful or fast‑paced clinical situations.

Required skills

• Operation of laser machines.
