About the role
The Laundry Attendant will support the Desert Islands Resort & Spa by coordinating the production and dry‑cleaning areas of the Laundry Department. This position ensures smooth operations, maintains high standards of cleanliness, and contributes to an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily work effort of the production and dry‑cleaning sections.
- Oversee the productivity of fellow Laundry Associates.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- New graduate or at least three months of training in Housekeeping or Laundry.
- Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Fair English communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
