Laundry Supervisor – Housekeeping (Dubai)

About the role

The InterContinental Dubai Festival City is seeking a Laundry Supervisor to lead its linen and laundry operations. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction within the housekeeping department of this luxury hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of linen room standards and procedures.
• Open and close shifts, ensuring smooth handovers.
• Distribute and collect keys, manage incoming and outgoing calls for the Linen Department.
• Allocate tasks and adjust staffing according to volume and peak periods.
• Conduct quality inspections and stock‑takes as required.
• Liaise with Housekeeping to meet guest and hotel linen requirements.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of staff uniforms and hotel linen.
• Lead employee engagement activities and address staff grievances.
• Recommend improvements to standards and identify training needs.
