L&D Officer (Load Control)

About the role

The Learning & Development Officer (Load Control) will design, develop and deliver training programmes for a multicultural audience within the Emirates Group and its strategic partners. The role ensures all learning initiatives align with corporate objectives, vision, mission, values and comply with national and international regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis by engaging relevant business stakeholders and produce documented reports with findings and recommendations.
• Define learning programme parameters, develop content, structure modules into manageable segments and set timeframes.
• Select appropriate delivery strategies, assessment methods and tools, and document the complete programme for review.
• Deliver blended training sessions and evaluate their effectiveness against business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development or training within a complex, multicultural environment.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, analyse gaps and propose solutions or process improvements.
• Strong understanding of corporate objectives, compliance standards and aviation or airport operations context.
