Lead Commissioning Engineer – Electrical (Subsea Cable & Piping)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Lead Commissioning Engineer – Electrical for its Offshore Well Head Tower/Platform project in Abu Dhabi. The role will begin in the client or contractor office, then transition to the fabrication yard and offshore site on a rotating schedule. Key responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for electrical systems, subsea cable and piping on the Well Head Tower project.
• Coordinate with client, contractor, fabrication yard and offshore teams following a 6‑week/3‑week rotation as required.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications and industry standards throughout commissioning activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 20+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• At least 5 years of experience on ADNOC projects and on mega FEED/EPC projects exceeding US$1 billion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Required skills

• Electrical commissioning for well head towers, subsea cable and piping.
• Experience with brownfield modification projects (advantage).
